Freedom’s key area of expertise revolves around evaluation and assessment of customers/competitors, sales teams, sales strategy, and evaluation/development of company growth strategy/narrative. These engagements are typically performed on an hourly or retainer basis for buy-side transactions. For sell-side transactions, Freedom has a range of options from retainer, to percent of deal depending on the nature of the engagement.
